Business name

Afterimage Works is the studio umbrella for GateGlass, Open Satchel, and future software products. Open Satchel may appear in Paddle payment and account records because the existing Paddle seller account is being rebranded from Open Satchel to Afterimage Works.

Refund window

Direct Afterimage Works purchases are eligible for a refund request within 14 days of the purchase date unless the product page states a different policy.

Processing

Paddle processes direct purchases as merchant of record. Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method, subject to Paddle and payment-provider timing.

Abuse and exceptions

We may decline refund requests connected to fraud, chargeback abuse, account misuse, or attempts to resell or redistribute paid software. This policy does not limit rights under applicable consumer law.
