Business name

Afterimage Works is the studio umbrella for GateGlass, Open Satchel, and future software products. Open Satchel may appear in Paddle payment and account records because the existing Paddle seller account is being rebranded from Open Satchel to Afterimage Works.

Product data

Our tools are designed around local-first use. Product preferences, local audit logs, files, and decisions normally stay on your device unless you choose to send them to us for support.

Website and update requests

When you visit our sites or request public update/catalogue files, hosting providers may process routine request metadata such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, and request time.

Payments

Direct purchases are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Paddle handles payment details, tax, receipts, fraud checks, and related payment support. Afterimage Works does not receive full card numbers.

Support

If you contact support, we receive the information you send, including your email address, message contents, and any files or logs you attach.

Your choices

You can delete local app data from your device, decline optional update checks by blocking network access, and contact us about support records.
